These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MangaBrush.com and your purchase and use of products sold through the website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, downloading a product, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or purchasing any products.

1. General Information

MangaBrush.com offers digital art brushes, screentones, textures, creative resources, and physical Manga Brush merchandise.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.

Physical merchandise, including apparel and accessories, is shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout and is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian and are legally able to enter into an agreement.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase or download a Manga Brush digital product, you are purchasing or receiving a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You are not purchasing ownership of the original brush files, textures, assets, or other digital resources themselves.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, Manga Brush digital products may be used for both personal and commercial artwork.

You may:

• Use Manga Brush tools in personal artwork.

• Use Manga Brush tools in commercial artwork.

• Sell prints, illustrations, comics, manga, webtoons, designs, and other original artwork you create using the brushes.

• Use the brushes for commissions and client work.

• Use artwork created with the brushes in animation, film, games, publishing, advertising, and other commercial creative projects.

• Modify or customize the brushes for your own personal workflow and use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or give away the original digital files.

• Share purchased Manga Brush files with another person, business, team, or account unless a separate license specifically allows it.

• Upload the original files to file-sharing websites, cloud libraries intended for public or group distribution, marketplaces, forums, or similar services.

• Include Manga Brush files or modified versions of them inside another brush pack, asset library, application, bundle, template, or downloadable product.

• Sell, redistribute, or share modified versions of Manga Brush brushes as standalone brushes or assets.

• Claim the original Manga Brush files or designs as your own.

You own the original artwork you create using Manga Brush tools.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain the property of MangaBrush.com / Esper Star and the applicable rights holders.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Manga Brush products, brush files, textures, graphics, website content, logos, product names, product artwork, designs, written content, and other original materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

MANGA BRUSH™ and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership without permission.

Purchasing a Manga Brush product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original product files to the purchaser.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, redistribution, or reproduction of Manga Brush digital products may result in termination of access and other remedies available under applicable law.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically.

After a successful purchase, download access is provided through the email address, account, download page, or other delivery method associated with the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used during checkout.

If you do not receive your download, cannot access your files, receive an incorrect file, or experience a corrupted download, contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the correct files.

5. Software Compatibility

Manga Brush products are designed for the applications and versions listed on the applicable product page.

Different applications may receive different dedicated file formats, including native files designed for programs such as Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, and Clip Studio Paint.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their device, operating system, software, and available storage meet the compatibility requirements listed before purchasing.

Software applications are developed and maintained by third parties. Future software updates may change how brushes, files, or features behave.

If you experience a compatibility or installation problem, contact support@mangabrush.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

6. Product Updates

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, eligible Manga Brush digital brush purchases include Lifetime Access to the original purchased files.

Updates may include improvements, corrections, organizational changes, additional brushes, or other changes at Manga Brush's discretion.

The exact contents and frequency of future updates are not guaranteed.

Additional updates or upgrade options may be offered separately.

7. Physical Merchandise

MangaBrush.com may also sell physical merchandise, including apparel, hats, accessories, and other branded products.

Physical merchandise is shipped rather than digitally delivered.

Product images are intended to represent merchandise as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors, placement, sizing, materials, or other details may vary slightly because of differences in manufacturing, printing, photography, or screen displays.

Physical merchandise purchases are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

8. Orders and Pricing

Prices are displayed on MangaBrush.com and may change at any time.

Changing a product's price does not affect orders that have already been completed unless required by law or necessary to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices.

• Introduce or discontinue products.

• Run sales and promotions.

• Limit quantities.

• Correct pricing, product-description, or technical errors.

• Cancel or refuse an order where fraud, misuse, payment failure, obvious error, or other legitimate concerns are identified.

If we cancel an order after payment has successfully been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices may not include taxes, duties, or other charges that are required based on a customer's location unless those charges are shown during checkout.

9. Promotions, Coupons, and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, upgrade coupons, and sale pricing may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discounts may have expiration dates.

• Certain discounts may not be combined.

• Coupons may apply only to specified products.

11. Digital Product Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned after access or download, digital product sales are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us.

We can assist with issues including:

• Missing files.

• Corrupted files.

• Broken download links.

• Incorrect products or files.

• Duplicate purchases made accidentally.

• Installation problems.

• Verified technical problems preventing access to the purchased product.

Refund requests involving exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually.

Changing your mind after accessing or downloading a digital product generally does not qualify for a refund.

12. Physical Merchandise Returns and Refunds

Physical products are treated separately from digital downloads.

If physical merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another fulfillment issue, contact:

Please include your order information and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include a replacement, exchange, return, or refund.

For other physical-product return or exchange requests, contact us before sending merchandise back.

Return eligibility may depend on the item, its condition, the circumstances of the purchase, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Do not send merchandise back without first receiving return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Shipping and Delivery of Physical Merchandise

Physical merchandise is shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete before submitting an order.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery information, and applicable shipping charges may be displayed during checkout.

Physical merchandise may be shipped separately from digital products or from other physical products in the same order.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Manga Brush is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation interruptions, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.

We work to keep MangaBrush.com and purchased digital resources accessible, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The website, download systems, products, account features, or other services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, updates, or circumstances outside our control.

We may modify, update, reorganize, or discontinue website features or products at our discretion.

Whenever reasonably possible, existing customer access rights will be respected according to the terms applicable to the original purchase.

Manga Brush products are creative tools.

We do not guarantee that use of a particular brush, product, technique, or resource will produce a specific artistic, commercial, educational, professional, or financial result.

Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that applicable law requires us to provide.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

22. Violation of License Terms

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of Manga Brush digital products violates the license granted with the purchase.

• Terminating an account.
