Manga Brush sells both digital products and physical merchandise. Because these product types are delivered differently, separate refund and return policies apply.
1. Digital Products
Digital Manga Brush products become accessible electronically after purchase.
Because downloaded digital files cannot be physically returned, digital product sales are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This helps protect our creative work from unauthorized distribution while still making sure you receive the product you purchased.
2. Problems With a Digital Purchase
If your download link does not work, a file is missing or corrupted, or you experience another issue accessing your purchase, contact:

3. Digital Product Refund Exceptions
Digital product refunds may be considered in situations including:

Duplicate purchases made in error

An incorrect product or file supplied by Manga Brush

A verified technical issue that prevents access to the purchased product and cannot reasonably be resolved
Refund requests are reviewed individually and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Changing your mind after downloading a digital product generally does not qualify for a refund.
4. Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise is handled separately from digital products.
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another fulfillment issue, please contact support@mangabrush.com with your order information.
When relevant, please include photographs showing the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange an appropriate resolution such as a replacement, exchange, return, or refund.
For other return or exchange requests, please contact us before sending merchandise back. Return eligibility may depend on the item, its condition, the circumstances of the purchase, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Do not send merchandise back without first contacting us for return instructions.
5. Shipping Costs and Physical Returns
If a physical product needs to be returned, any applicable return instructions and shipping responsibilities will be provided when your return is approved.
If Manga Brush or its fulfillment partner supplied an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Sale and Promotional Purchases
Promotional pricing does not affect your right to receive the product you purchased in the condition described.
Digital products purchased during a sale remain subject to the Digital Products policy above.
Physical merchandise purchased during a promotion remains subject to the Physical Merchandise policy above and any rights provided by applicable law.
7. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
