1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on MangaBrush.com are digital files that become instantly accessible after purchase.
Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, which means we generally cannot offer refunds after delivery.
This policy helps protect our creative work from unauthorized distribution — while still ensuring you receive the product you paid for.
2. If You Have an Issue
We absolutely want you to have a smooth and positive experience.
If your download link doesn’t work, a file is missing, or something appears corrupted, please email mangabrush@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.
We’ll personally assist you to:

3. Exceptional Circumstances
